What is CosmicLeads?
A real estate technology platform created by Ander Egurrola. It brings together NOX, prospecting tools, clients, property analysis and transaction work, alongside training and consulting for agents and brokerages.
What is NOX and where do I use it?
NOX is the AI assistant inside Cosmic. Use it with your account and the features enabled for you. It can help prepare conversations and work with properties and available information; you review its responses.

Agents enter their workspace and clients enter their portal. The access page takes you to the right sign-in. If you do not have agent access yet, request a demo to review availability and terms.

Yes, you can learn about the profession and request introductory guidance. That guidance does not replace approved education or issue a license. The 30-day work program is for agents authorized to practice with their brokerage.
Which MLS does Cosmic work with today?
Currently, the Miami MLS available in the platform. Access depends on the account and appropriate permissions. If you belong to another brokerage, we review availability before proposing a setup.
What does it cost and what is included?
Platform access, the program and a team proposal can have different scopes. Request details for what you need; we review price, features and terms with you before you begin.
