I’m Ander Egurrola. My work connects the real estate market, agent training and technology. Cosmic brings those three parts of my experience together in a place where other professionals can work and learn.
The market, from the inside
Before representing clients, I spent more than a decade working inside the MLS. That is where I got to know the information agents use to make decisions: properties, prices, status changes and history. That experience informs how I build Cosmic.
I then brought that knowledge into work with buyers, sellers and agents. Researching a property, preparing a conversation and following up are concrete tasks. Technology needs to help people do them well.
What I have built
I founded The Method, the real estate team I lead in South Florida. Agent training and working systems are part of its operation. The Method operates under The Source.
With Cosmic, I developed the technology platform: prospecting, clients, property analysis and tools for carrying work forward. NOX is the AI assistant inside that platform.

I want Cosmic to be a gathering place for people who want to practice this profession with more knowledge. For the newly licensed agent, the professional organizing a business and the broker who wants to give their team better support.
That is also why I personally guide the 30-day program alongside NOX. The idea is to learn, practice, do the work and review what happens to decide the next step.
